DRAFTING AND DESIGN SERVICES

1. Bathroom Package

  • As-Built Layout 

  • Proposed Layout

    • Client must supply dimensions ($200 additional cost for site visit to measure - preferred after demo for final measurements)

  • Full Design Board

    • Tile selections (includes patterns, thresholds, Schluter jolly, and grout)​

    • Plumbing fixture selections (sink faucet and shower/tub diverter)

    • Vanity cabinet and cabinet pulls/knobs

    • Bath accessories (vanity mirror, vanity light, bath accessories)

    • Two Paint Color options

  • Basic 3D Images

  • 1 Revision (additional cost for multiple revisions)

  • Ordering list - includes SKU#, Install location, purchase price, and URL links

2. Kitchen Package

  • As-Built Layout 

  • Proposed Layout

    • Client must supply dimensions ($200 additional cost for site visit to measure - preferred after demo for final measurements)

  • Full Design Board

    • ​Backsplash selections

      • Cabinet selection (color and door style), cabinet pulls/knobs

      • Lighting selections

      • Sink Faucet selections

      • Flooring selections (please reach out to your designer)

      • Two Paint Color options

  • Basic 3D Images and Elevation Views

  • 1 Revision (additional cost for multiple revisions)

  • Ordering list - includes SKU#, Install location, purchase price, and URL links

3. Basement Package Deliverables

4. VA Permit Package (Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Basements only) 

  • 1 site visit for measurements/pictures

  • As Built - Dimensioned layout 

  • Proposed - Dimensioned Layout

    • 1 Floorplan Edit

  • Fairfax County and Arlington county online permit submission

5. 3D Image Package - Interior ONLY

  • As Built - Dimensioned Layout

  • Proposed - Dimensioned Layout

    • 1 Floorplan Edit

  • 3D views of the space to show all angles

  *Price determined by sqft of space and time it takes to model

  *Estimate will be given up front once dimensions are provided
